Meet Your Psychologist,

Hi, I’m Dr. Rebecca Chasey, a Clinical Psychologist, with over 25 years of experience in the NHS. I’ve helped countless people to manage their mental health, including the emotional impacts of physical health problems & chronic pain. I’ve successfully used my professional skills & knowledge in psychological therapies to help them overcome life’s challenges & I’m here to do the same for you. I’m chartered with the British Psychological Association & regulated by the Health & Care Professions Council so you can be assured you are in safe hands.

I’ve drawn upon many different therapeutic approaches over the years & have completed extensive training to provide my clients with the support they need. With a specialist interest in how the mind & body interact, I aim to provide a service that combines the expertise & experience that I have gathered to help you overcome your struggles. When working with me, I’ll help you to find a way to address your emotional struggles that fits with your individual needs. If you are seeking to manage or resolve difficult feelings & experiences, I’ll guide & support you to do this safely & effectively using proven approaches. I’ll aim to help you feel more empowered, by helping you understand more about your difficulties. Working with me, you can also learn proven tools & skills to assist you in moving forward so you can feel better about yourself for life.
